Dr. Michelle Parsons is a board-certified physician with decades of clinical experience in emergency medicine, surgery, and aesthetic medicine. As Medical Director at Renove Medical Spa in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, Dr. Parsons combines medical precision with an artistic, patient-centered approach to cosmetic and wellness care.
Her background in trauma medicine, military service, and advanced aesthetic training uniquely positions her to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results for both women and men.

Dr. Parsons began her medical career in some of the most demanding environments imaginable — emergency rooms, trauma settings, and active military service. A combat veteran and former United States Air Force Flight Surgeon, she trained to make critical decisions under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
She is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has completed extensive training in surgery, laser technologies, cosmetic injectables, and women’s health.
Since 2006, Dr. Parsons has practiced medicine at Renove Medical Spa, where she oversees clinical protocols, injector training, and patient care standards.
